Stainless Side Marker Trim for 2008-2014 Dodge Challenger

Was hesitant to purchase at first but a PFYC discount made me less hesitant to purchase a few ACC parts for the drab interior in my 2013 Challenger. There was a delay in receiving but that is in the description so not unexpected. They are worth the wait! Not simply a overlay, but a handcrafted custom part, heavy to the feel, more like custom jewelry for your car. I installed these first as they were the simpliest and in doing so had plenty of courage to do my other parts. I wanted to give my car a more retro look because originally Challengers had chrome trim around the marker, a feature Dodge omitted in the new generation. There is a difference in the ones for the front or back and this trim will need some hand forming to fit the slight curve of the marker. This was done by simply and gently pushing on each end while placing it on my leg. After checking and finding a suitable curve, it was a simple task to prime, peel and stick.These are not as thick as the interior pieces I purchased but that is good and the part still has substantial thickness to be a quality part. The only thing I personally did not like and it is part of the original design of the marker, is that looking down from the top you see a sliver of the respective color of the marker showing behind the trim and there is nothing to do about it. Again, not the fault of the trim but the marker light. Definitely not a reason to dislike the trim because I think they are awesome.
