Ordering online at PFYC.com is easy, fast and 100% guaranteed secure. Make sure the Web sites you buy from use secure commerce technology and have a security or shopping guarantee. When you place orders on PFYC.com, we use a secure server and security is ensured by the best e-commerce technology available. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information, including credit card data, you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. Please note that e-mail is NOT secure. Giving us your credit card information, as part of our online ordering process, is absolutely secure. However, sending us your credit card information via e-mail is NOT. E-mail correspondence should not include sensitive material such as credit card information because e-mail is never a secure environment on the Internet.
Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with PFYC.com is easy. You don’t need to login or create an account before you start shopping the first time. You will create an account, with your name and password, when you start placing your first order. Take your time browsing our site and finding the products you want. Anytime you find a product you want to buy, simply choose the quantity you want to buy and click on "Add to Cart." You can always remove an item from your Shopping Cart before you finalize your purchase. Once you are done shopping, click on "Checkout", and the system will guide you through an easy process of filling out your name, address and other information we need to complete your order. Searching for Products
The "Search" tool is designed to help you find products quickly and easily. Search boxes are located on the top left-hand corner of every page. To start your search, type a keyword or phrase into the blank search box and click-on the "Go" button. The word or words you type into the "Search" box should describe the product, product attributes and/or Help topics you are searching for. For example, you can type in a product category, such as "brakes" or "exhaust", or you can type in a brand name, like "Borla." The search engine will give you the results that match your request, along with a link to each relevant product. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product information page. You will find more information about the item, including a photo and whether the product is in stock. Sometimes a search request can not be found, and you will receive a message that says: "Search Unsuccessful! We did not find anything that matched your query. Please try again." If this happens, try to simplify your search or try another word or phrase. If you continue to have unsuccessful searches, please feel free to contact us and ask us about the product or information you are seeking. Another great way to find items is to use the "Browse This Store" navigation bars, located on the left-hand side of the page.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order a product, simply click on the "Add to Cart" box next to the quantity area on the product description page. This action will take you to your Shopping Cart. Your Shopping Cart will show you all the items you have selected to order during that shopping session. Then, proceed to checkout by clicking on "Secure Checkout" or continue searching and viewing products by clicking on "Keep Shopping". You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on "View Cart," located at the top right-hand corner of every page. Items in Cart: 1

This same area will show you how many items you currently have in your Shopping Cart and what the current subtotal amount is.
Removing Items from Your Shopping Cart
If you decide not to buy a product you have added to your Shopping Cart, simply click on the "Remove Item" button next to the product name. That item will be deleted from your Cart. Then, proceed to checkout or continue shopping for other items. You can access your Shopping Cart and remove an item at any time during the shopping process by clicking on "View Cart," located at the top right-hand corner of every page. Items in Cart: 1

Ready to Checkout
When you are done shopping, and your cart contains all of the items you wish to purchase, click on "Secure Checkout" to begin finalizing your order. This will take you to a "Login" page, where you will create your Login name and select a password.
Creating an Account
On the Login page, click on "Create New Account." This will take you to a detail page, where you will need to first fill-in your Login and password and then complete your shipping and billing information in the appropriate boxes. First-time shoppers on PFYC.com will also need to read through our Terms and Conditions. It is imperative that you verify that your e-mail address is correct - if it is not a valid e-mail address, your order receipt will not arrive in your mailbox and your order may be significantly delayed. We cannot stress the importance of this enough. AOL users, your full Internet e-mail address is required, e.g. SCREEN_NAME@aol.com. Do not include "www" as part of your address unless that is actually part of your e-mail address. After reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions, click "I accept the terms above. Please continue."
Paying for Your Products
After you have entered all your account information and clicked on the "Please Continue" button, you will see a new page with a summary of your personal information and your order. This page will provide an area for you to enter your coupon or gift certificate number, select your shipping method and cost and select a form of payment, check or credit card. We have three ways that you can pay for your products purchased on PFYC.com:
- Enter your credit card or gift certificate information online
- Fax in your order and credit card data
- Send your order to us via U.S. mail with a check or money order in U.S. dollars.

You’ve Done It!
After you have entered your payment information and clicked on the "Please Continue" button, you will see an order summary page. You may print this page as your receipt, but please note that we will also send you an order receipt to your account e-mail address. And you’ve done it! You have successfully completed an order on PFYC.com. Your product should be arriving within a few days.
Tracking Your Order
If at anytime you want to check the status of your order and shipment, you can click on the "Where’s My Stuff" button, located at the top of every page in the store. This section will give you a status of your order. And as always, you can contact us via email with questions or concerns regarding your order status.
