We are able to provide low prices to our customers by keeping our overhead low and working closely with our vendors on volume purchasing. Usually when we have a special price or sale on a certain product, it's because we've negotiated special, limited time pricing with our vendors.

PFYC.com takes great pride in the great values and low prices we offer our customers. We work diligently to ensure that our product selection, product availability, reliable delivery, and superior customer service work together to create a great shopping experience. We also want our customers to feel confident that PFYC.com consistently offers great savings. For this reason, we offer a Low (Total) Price Guarantee.

If you find an identical product advertised elsewhere for a lower total price (product price plus shipping and handling fee) within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly match the total price and issue you a store credit, good for use on your next purchase, for the difference. Furthermore, if you purchase a product from us and we offer it at a lower price within 30 days of your order, let us know and we will be happy to give you a store credit for the difference.

You are eligible for a price-match credit if your request meets the following conditions:

• Comparisons must include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total advertised price.
• Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to retailers that have the identical product in stock and the product is priced accurately.
• Total price match requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase at PFYC.com.

• Will someone else's Low Price Policy benefit you more than ours? We will match any competitor's Low Price Policy. Now our customers are not only price protected but they can also choose what low price policy fits what they want best. Competitor’s Low Price Policy must be in writing on vendor's web site. Mixing and matching of policy criteria not allowed.
• Group Purchase price matching. Customers may send us links to posted Group Purchase specials and pending our inventory and other criteria, we may match (or counter) the group purchase price at our discretion. This is especially handy when we have an item in stock and the vendor offering the Group Purchase hasn’t even ordered the product yet and may be month’s away from being able to deliver. Why wait weeks or even months for what you can have now?

Price Changes

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. PFYC.com reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing that appear on the PFYC Sites or in other materials distributed by PFYC.com. The following procedures shall apply:

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item;
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
