PFYC -> Project Vehicles

Project Vehicles

We like to call them company cars. Each year we build a project vehicle for GM to be featured at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. In addition to our SEMA Project Vehicles, we often purchase vehicles to use for product development, product testing and to showcase at other events around the country. This page hosts a brief description of some of those cars, some with links to more information about each car.

2004 Pontiac GTO Banshee

For the 2004 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, PFYC will feature our 2004 Pontiac GTO Banshee. Currently our GTO Banshee features a Magna Charger Radix Supercharger System, our Speedbuilt Dual Exit Cat-back Exhaust System, Eibach Springs, Eibach Front and Rear Sway Bars, Toyo Proxes RA-1 Tires and our GTO Banshee Ram Air Hood. As this vehicle is still in development, other upgrades have not been publicly released. We encourage you to check back often as we document the development of our 2004 GTO Banshee.

2004 Pontiac Grand Prix Inferno

With the debut of the 9th Generation Grand Prix in 2003, we thought it only appropriate that we feature a 2004 Grand Prix at the 2003 SEMA Show. As the only company chosen by the Grand Prix Brand Team at Pontiac to build a project car for SEMA, we were proud to present the 2004 Grand Prix Inferno. The result was decribed by some as "American Muscle meets European Sport Sedan styling with enough pizzaz to catch the attention of the youth market."

2003 Corvette Z06

The ultimate daily driver is one that is not only comfortable for commuting but is a very capable track car. Hence our theme of From Rush Hour to Race Track. As one of only 3 companies chosen by the Corvette Brand Team to build a project vehicle for the 2002 SEMA Show, our goal was to show just how far you could go towards the edge of performance while still maintaining the drivability and comfort the Corvette is known for. Even today, our Z06 can be found tearing up the asphalt at Virginia International Raceway at least once a month.

2003 Corvette 50th Anniversary Edition Roadster

While only mildly modified performance wise, the AE Roadster showcases appearance modifications, focusing primarily on interior comfort and style. While a high percentage of Corvette owners modify their cars to some extent, the majority of them do not go to the extremes we've gone with our Z06. Our AE Roadster demostrates an example of what most Vette owners might consider to personalize their car to their own style.

2002 Pontiac SD Grand Prix GTP

Our 2001 SEMA Project Vehicle was our "Catalog Car" with a list of modifications obtainable through our online store and easily installed by the average shade tree mechanic. We even used a decal kit for the graphics rather than a custom paint job. The SD Grand Prix later became the featured project car in numerous magazine articles throughout 2002.

2000 Millenium Yellow Corvette Coupe

With our entry into the C5 aftermarket arena in 2000, the Yellow Camel became an important asset to our company, allowing us to thoroughly test new products as they became available to us. The ability to have first hand experience with products we offer is an integral key to our success and this car allowed us to experience first hand the quality, workmanship and reliability of many of the products we offer our Corvette customers.

1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP

While this was the third Grand Prix owned by our company, it is probably the best known and easily the most traveled. Although it has been featured at the SEMA Show, it has also served as a test mule for more products than any other vehicle in our stable. All of the suspension products as well as many other products we have developed over the years for the Grand Prix were first used on our beloved 99 GTP. This vehicle also boasts a wall full of trophies from a variety of car shows around the country.
