Shipping Information

IMPORTANT NOTE TO OUR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: UPS charges additional tariffs and brokerage fees upon importing items into Canada. In most cases, UPS will require payment of these fees upon delivery of your order. In some instances, only the GST will be owed. For more information about brokerage, duty and taxes collected by UPS, please contact UPS at (800) PICK-UPS (800-742-5877) or http://www.ups.com.

Delivery Locations

Currently, PFYC.com ships products to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada as standard shipping destinations. We are working to establish standard shipping processes for other worldwide destinations. We currently do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Delivery Schedule

Our main delivery partner within the United States is the United Parcel Service (UPS). For most shipments, we use UPS Ground services, which we have found to be the most cost-effective and reliable shipping solution for our customers.

At PFYC.com, we try to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt and ship the product within one or two days of the order. It typically takes between one and two weeks for most products to arrive. Coast to coast deliveries with UPS Ground can take up to eight business days, so please allow ample time for your package to arrive.

Some of our items may not be in stock at our warehouse. In those cases, we may decide to have items shipped directly from the distributor or manufacturer to your door for the fastest possible service.

In some cases (for products such as lettering kits, for example), your order may be shipped via regular U.S. Mail, USPS Priority, Express Mail or other non-traceable means, which typically take up to seven business days for delivery.

When ordering, make sure to check the product availability note next to the product, which tells you if that product is in stock or not. If the product is in stock, the delivery schedule should follow or standard timing noted above. If the product is not in stock, we will do our best to indicate on the product page when we expect to have the item in stock, based on the information we have received from our vendors. In some cases, however, these dates will change, so please check the product page frequently to get the latest update on expected stock date.

Also, please remember that holidays can interfere with normal shipping times, and you will want to take that into consideration when ordering during holidays or peak seasons, such as during December. We recommend allowing three weeks delivery time during the month of December to assure arrival by the holidays.

International Shipping

Outside the United States, PFYC.com currently is able to ship products to Canada and Puerto Rico. We use UPS for these locations in most cases.

Expedited Shipping Options

We offer expedited shipping options such as Next Day and Second Day as a service option on select products. Each product page has a link titled Available Shipping Options under the product picture that explains if that product is available for expedited shipping and what the terms of the expedited shipping options are. There is also a link titled Shipping transit time that shows where that product ships from so you can decide for yourself if expedited shipping options are even necessary for you. With our central warehouse location in Kansas, we've found most of our customers inquiring about expedited shipping options would have their product within 1-3 days using standard UPS Ground service. Cut-off time for same day shipping is 2pm Eastern Time Tuesday-Friday (noon on Mondays). Orders placed after these cutoff times will be shipped the next business day. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. If you select an expedited shipping option, we reserve the right to ship it any means necessary to get it to you in the appropriate time frame including Ground. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our expedited shipping options.

Shipping Rates

It is PFYC.com's goal to keep our shipping rates as low as possible for our customers. Therefore, we send most products via ground service, working primarily with UPS, as well as FedEx, U.S.P.S. and other delivery vehicles. Shipping rates are based on the standard published rates and vary according to product weight and overall size and dimensions.

Tracking Your Order

How to Use Order Tracking

To use the Order Tracking system on PFYC.com, you must log-in with your username and password.

Please read the information under "What is Order Tracking?" before signing-in to the system.

Status Updates

Order status updates are usually made daily between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. EST. If your order status does not show a tracking number, it is probably shipping from a location or vendor that isn't participating in our Order Tracking program (such as a hood or wing supplier) or it is shipping by non-traceable means. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive before asking about it.

Also, please note that this system is manually updated, so human error does sometimes occur. If you believe your order should have shipped but the status is still showing "Processed," please feel free to inquire about your order. However, please allow us at least two business days to update the status before sending e-mail. Remember that most shipments do take at least one week to arrive.

Tracking Numbers

For orders shipped via standard shipping with UPS or Federal Express, a tracking number will appear next to any items with the status "Shipped". This tracking number is a clickable link, which will connect you directly to the delivery company�s online tracking system and provide you with of your shipment status.

Some items may not be shipped via traceable means in order to save you money on shipping costs. For example, U.S. Mail is not traceable, and USPS First Class and Priority Mail are not traceable unless there is a tracking confirmation placed on the order. Items may or may not be shipped with tracking confirmation. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive before asking us where it is.

What is Order Tracking?

Order Tracking allows you to check the status of each item in an order. Once in the order tracking system, the first line item lists the overall status of your most recent order. Below that will list the status of each item in your order.

Each order item will be given one of the following statuses:

  • Processed: Your order has been processed and is awaiting shipment.
  • Back-Ordered: Your order has been processed and is back ordered. It will ship immediately upon the receipt of stock.
  • Shipped: The line item listed has shipped. This will include a tracking number if one is available.
  • Completed: All items in your order have shipped and your order is complete.

Please note that this system is manually updated each night, so human error does sometimes occur. Where's My Stuff?

The Where's My Stuff? navigation tab is located on the top of each page in the PFYC.com Web site. Clicking on this will link you to the Order Tracking system, which gives you the shipping status of your order and each item in your order.
