Just wanted to say thanx for the GREAT customer service. Brian is the man! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Quick response to emails and the live support is a great feature. Your parts selection is very broad and, while no website can offer everything, you seem to have as large a selection as I have found.
No question is too trivial, no issue or complaint is taken lightly, and NO ONE has more appreciation for their customers than the gang at PFYC. You are my first recommendation to anyone that will listen. I have shopped PFYC for my Grand Prix, my GTO, and now my Corvette. The response is always the same.....fantastic!

I think it was back in 1999 or 2000. I saw a Grand Prix parked in front of a Starbucks and when I shinned my headlights on the lower part of the driver's door, I noticed a reflective Grand Prix. I looked it up on the internet and found the GrandPrixstore.com and pretty much did my car over. The mod bug had gotten a hold of me. Thanks to the high quality parts I have bought here, I have received many compliments and awards for my GP.

Once again, PFYC's "good old fashioned Customer Service" has been
literally outstanding. On this occasion, I had emailed PFYC to confirm
some items that I figured I needed to do a modification to my Corvette's
headlamps. Brian very kindly, pointed out by return email, a way that I
could achieve the desired results WITHOUT PURCHASING ANYTHING AT ALL!
(because my previous PFYC headlamp kit already contained everything I
really needed). Now just how many businesses would do that? Honesty
and integrity such as this makes for a very happy Customer - and sure
gets PFYC first crack at any of my future business!

I just got my 2004 Grand Prix GTP Comp G back from the body shop after having the Inferno ram air hood, spoiler and front air dam painted and installed. Looks awesome! The body shop has been in business for almost 40 years and the owner said they were the best quality aftermarket fiberglass parts he had ever worked with. The looks more than exceed my expectations. I am impressed beyond explanation. 1.) I am impressed with your service, and how quickly you got the parts to my mechanic. You said that it would be there and it was. This scored BIG points with me. Thank you. 2.) I dyno ran the car before and after. 32 Hp and 25 flbs increase. (211.3 Hp and 263.32 flbs at the wheel!) Also it sounds mean. A bit louder in the car then I expected. This will take some getting use to, but over all I love it. The car runs like a demon.

I have purchased several parts from you in the past for my GTP. I did the unthinkable a few weeks ago and sold the car. Since then I have been working with some other online retailers in the WRX world and have found out just how great your service was. I have had nothing but trouble with a few of these guys selling crappy parts, not standing behind the products, and having very poor attitudes and business practices. I got a part that I believe to be of low quality and tried to return it, and they tried sticking me with restocking fees and all sorts of other crap. In a phone conversation trying to resolve the issue, they treated me very poorly. In the past I only had one problem with parts from you and you were very professional with resolving my dispute. I did not have to pay shipping to return the item. No restocking fees. And you even gave me store credit for the expenses I already incurred above the purchase price of the item. At any rate I just wanted to say thanks for being stand up guys and running a great business. I only wish you sold parts for the WRX.

I would like to thank you for having a business that I can trust. In this day and age of worthless customer service, you and your company are a shining ray of light. I have had some rather hideous experiences with other companies, especially online. The GPS; however, is more trustworthy (in my opinion) than anyplace I have available locally. THAT is something you should really be proud of. Although I own a regal GSE instead of a Grand Prix, you still have many products for my vehicle. I look forward anxiously for any Buick-specific parts you may be able to obtain. (Clear headlight protection covers for my Regal---hint-hint) Maybe your connections and great support could see it enough to help us (Buick owners) to a parts eutopia, not that your parts for us aren't appreciated. I recently ordered a Pulley Boys 3.5" pulley, a pulley puller and a supercharger belt for my 98 GTP. I ordered
the parts on Sunday Nov 26. I expected to maybe see the parts in a week or two. I couldn't believe it when the pulley and
puller were delivered a couple of days later, and the belt a day after that! I'm impressed. I've not tried to install the
pulley and belt yet, but the puller looks well made and heavy enough to pull the tire off a semi. I think it will work as
advertised. Thanks for the great service. I'll be back for more GTP parts as soon as my bank account recouperates.

Just wanted to say thank you for working out the sway
bar issue. It isn't everyday that a company (internet
based or local) would go through the trouble to work
out a problem like that. I will say that Addco has
lost my respect and I probably wont consider their
products for any of my future cars.
I just finally installed the new rear bar yesterday
and I must say that it is everything that it should be
and more. I am now looking forward to getting the

them at 9am to figure out whether they are gonna
deliver it to me or whether I have to go and pick it
up.. luckily I live 5 mins away from UPS, so it's all

I installed the new bar on the rear last weekend. Installation was a snap, it took just slightly over an hour start to finish and could easily be done in slightly less time. I deviated from the instructions I found on the grandprix.net, I took both tires off to give me better access without crawling under the car and I used a back up wrench when removing the end link bushings. Cornering seems noticeably flatter! I can't wait until this weekend to get the front bar installed.

The cold air kit has been installed and most of the packing material has
been discarded. I do have the boxes they came in and the directions. I
would not think that the intake system could be sold as new. I'm very
pleased with the way you have handled this situation and can say that
you have earned a very loyal customer. I will also recommend you highly

I just would like to take a minute to tell you folks what a great site this is! I've been around, and never found
such a professional AND people friendly site. Where else can one go to find out news, locate merchandise, etc.. and have it
be a "real people" site w/pics. of their own pride and joy.
My life is now so much more complete.Looking forwards to entering my '98 GTP as a car of the week candidate.

I leave for 5 hour trip Tuesday PM. All just part of the adrenaline seeking

I was torn between buying the TPSE through the GPS or (removed). I have a
fierce loyalty to buying through the GPS since you and Brian have been VERY
good to me with OUTSTANDING customer service. At the time, however, the
Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator was not available yet through the GPS,
and I did not want to have to deal with (removed), so I went ahead and ordered
that through (removed). At the same time, I figured I might as well do the TPSE
at the same time on one order for convenience sake. After all of this
fiasco surrounding the TPSE, I doubt I will order much of anything for my GP
outside the GPS. The GPS is reliable, user friendly, VERY customer
oriented, and always seems to carry a nice attitude, not to mention an
outstanding array of performance parts for my car, AND the fact that you
STILL compensated my wife's GPS purchase at Christmas when she had purchased
some items a few days 'before' the BIG sale. That last one was something
you didn't have to do, but did out of the kindness of your heart, and as a
good business practice. These kinds of things are greatly appreciated and
remembered, even though they go unsaid.
The reason for this email is the fact that I was forwarded some information
through a 3rd party (-removed- to be specific) that you would have helped
me out with the TPSE even though Casper's policy was to not provide refunds
on electrical components. While that policy seems to have changed recently,
or at least altered for a while, I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate
your comments about helping me out. Unfortunately, I did not purchase the
TPSE through the GPS, which was my loss. The good news is I was able to
sell it to a fellow GP'er at a $14.00 loss, which is minor.
Your customer service and business conduct are things that go a long way
with me. I am glad that (removed) forwarded that information on to me, as it is
good to know that I would have had help had I purchased it at the GPS. I
realize I am far from the largest purchaser at the GPS, but you will
continue to have MY business as new parts are made available. You really do
seem to have the customers in mind.

Just wanted to once again say how great this site is. Unfortunately I
have sold my GTP and bought a Trans Am Ram Air. I think the thing I
will miss most is your site. I have not been able to find anything

Dear Sir,
I wrote to you last week concerning ordering floor mats, and specially
the trunk mat. I asked you about getting photos of how the mat looked in
the trunk area.
So with that in mind, I when to your site today, Saturday, February
19th, and you had taken photos of the mat in the trunk area. It looks
great! I want to thank you for doing this so quickly, and getting the
photos posted on the site.
I work for (removed) and I am a visual designer for them. I'm main
job is taking care of how the site looks for our customers. I know that
the customer wants to really see what they are buy, specially when the
product may cost allot.

I would like to first say how pleased I am with the purchases I recently
made through your company. I am a very skeptical person when it comes

All right people, I have been a part of this list for almost a year now
and you ALL motivated me to purchase the finest car in the world, a 99
Bright Red GTP, I ordered headlight covers, a bug shield, the reflective
lettering, Borla Exhaust, Pontiac Wing Nut and the overlays for the GTP side
emblem thru the GP Store and would like to add my two cents. Upon ordering
my stuff, i waited what I thought was sufficient time to have the stuff
delivered and then sent an email to the store, that night I recieved several
replies reguarding my orders and was very pleased with the professionalism
demonstrated by the guys at the store. I have nothing but praise for the
Store and the guys that run it. As is demonstrated by my almost thousand
dollars worth of orders thru them. Sorry for the wasted b-width, but I
couldnt lurk forever.
