The GM Performance Cat-Back Exhaust system for your Chevrolet Cobalt is constructed of T-304 stainless steel with free-flowing mandrel bent tubing. Features semi-polished muffler with two distinctive sounds that meet all Federal decibel requirements: Touring (more aggressive than stock) and Performance (much more aggressive than stock). Finish it off with adjustable and interchangeable, fully-polished stainless steel tips. This is the only performance exhaust system engineered by GM for your GM vehicle.
For the ultimate performance exhaust, combine this system with the Extrude Honed Manifold. The result - larger, smoother paths and an airflow improvement for more power. This is an official GM product.
Application: 2005-2009 Cobalt, for use with 2.0L (LSJ), 2.2L (L61) and 2.4L (LE5) engines. Not compatible with turbocharged engines. Your exhaust must have a 2-bolt flange between the catalytic converter and remainder of the exhaust for this to fit. If your car has 3-bolt flange, this exhaust will not fit.
