Charger Billet Grilles

When it comes to manufacturing a quality product, T-Rex starts with solid stock of aircraft quality T-5 or T-6 billet aluminum. The stock is cut to length then shaped to its specific contour. Each grille is hand assembled into a custom jig and precision welded with a process called "T.I.G." to ensure a strong and clean weld. Often many mounts are double welded for extra strength. The final stage of manufacturing includes a three-stage polishing and cleaning. The upper grille is a full opening grille with 19 bars that entirely replaces the OEM grille. The bumper grille is an overlay with 4 bars.
