Just as stated excellent PFYC quality. Comes with a pre-applied white gelcoat. The spoiler had minor surface scratches, nothing that cannot be easily sanded out during the painting processes. Thus only minor prepwork is needed for refinishing. The spoiler mounts to the factory holes in the decklid from the stock spoiler. PFYC was also kind enough to include all the screws and mounting hardware. For proper install you will need to drill 2 additional holes into the decklid. They are located on the tips of the side on the spoiler. However with all the other holes it is sort of optional. Also to be mentioned is the rub-line. When you remove the stock spoiler, most likly the finish underneath and where the spoiler contacts decklid will be in poor condition. Keep in mind as solid line of this poor finish will be visible with the SD spoiler installed. In my case the whole decklid will need refinished because of exposed bare metal and chips...

I sold my first SD spoiler as I was moving to Carbon Fiber look. I recently the CF hood which I was very pleased with. The first SD spoiler was a 5 star affair...I cannot say the same for the CF version. The CF is awesome...however the finish around the rest of the spoiler is weak, there are many fine scratches and its a matte black finish. The CF hood was clearcoated and I presumed the spoiler would be as well. I do not regret the purchase but cannot give it the 5 stars it could have had.

I recently bought and put on a sd hood (awesome) and a sd rear wing. The wing mounts to the factory holes if you drill two new ones in the front (no a big deal) and fits great, but if you remove the stock one the leading edge of the new one is further back so there is an exposed rub line in the trunk lid of your car, scratches, rock chips, etc. Thats not the wing's fault but it does bother me!
