YARN TYPE:
Premium Nylon yarn is the best. It not only wears longer, it also retains its appearance longer. Plus it has a luxurious soft feel. Lloyd Mats uses Premium 100% continuous filament nylon face. It’s the same type of yarn used by many auto manufacturers for their original equipment carpeting. If you look at other company’s mats and the yarn is not identified as nylon, it’s a sure indication that it’s a lesser quality mat.

YARN DENSITY:
Lloyd's mats take 32 ounces of Premium nylon yarn and jammed them right next to each other. You can barely dig your fingers down through the yarn to the bottom of the mat. This is called heavy yarn density. It’s this heavy density of premium nylon yarn that accounts for Lloyd’s exceptionally long wearing mats.

WARRANTY:
Lloyd's mats are the finest quality floor mat available. Therefore, all Lloyd's mats are warranted for a full two years from the date of purchase.

BACKING:
Mat backing is used to keep the mat from slipping. However, mats with rubber or vinyl nibs can actually harm the vehicle’s original carpeting, as the mat’s nibs dig down between the carpet fibers. This can result in premature wear out of the O.E. carpeting, as the vehicle's carpeting wears out at the base instead of from the top down. Lloyd’s textured TractionBac^TM mat backing is made with a very pure rubberized compound. It’s the natural adhesion characteristics of this backing that keeps the mats in place.

FASTENERS:
Wherever possible, Lloyd’s mats have a fastening system that is compatible with any mat fasteners provided by the vehicle manufacturer. These patented devices are easy to install and yet provide for fast mat removal for cleaning. Slipping mats are a thing of the past.

EMBROIDERY:
Officially licensed logos available. GTP embroidery has border stitching available in black or silver. Supercharged Grand Prix logo is available in separate colors as shown in the picture above. To order separate colors for the Supercharged Grand Prix embroidery, select Supercharged color from the options first, then select Grand Prix colors in the Floor Mat Embroidery Color selection box. GRAND PRIX is available in a single color only. The Pontiac Arrowhead is an appliqué available in colors as shown only.

COLORS:
White embroidery color is not available with black mats. Silver would be the closest match.
Floor mat colors do not necessarily match perfectly to your factory interior/mat colors.
Colors shown on this page are for reference use only. Depending on your monitor settings, these colors may not accurately reflect the true colors of the mats.

BINDING (EDGING):
Lloyd Mats are finished with an attractive and durable color coordinated nylon velour edging. There’s no yarn to unravel. Optional edging made of vinyl (as opposed to velour) in your choice of color is available. Select color options below for vinyl binding, otherwise select none for the standard color matched velour edging.

NOTE:
Sold in sets of four, a quantity of 1 will get you two front mats and two rear mats. The trunk mat and trunk mat embroidery options are available at an additional cost. The shape of the floor mat images in the options below do not necessarily represent the shape of the actual mats you will receive. You may select your options below.
