i bought an slp powerflo exhaust and put it on my 98 GTP. it goes together very easily. the job would have taken me only an hour but the previous owner welded the two bolt that attach the U bend to the exhaust. its a very nice product for the price, the mufflers and tips were polished to a mirror shine and it sounds great. i would highly recommend this exhaust to any one with a grand prix or another W-Body.

Installed on a 1998 GTP.Performance increase and sound are great but not a lot of ground clearance...maybe 5in at best.
No problems with order or delivery(4 days).

SLP advertises these systems to fit the 2004+ GP's, which it does, but it's also obvious that it wasn't specifically designed for our cars. One hanger, in fact, goes completely unused, and the spacing of the tips is plainly 97-03. However, while the spacing isn't perfect, it still looks great. And even without the one hanger, the system is very rigid. My only installation tip would be to start at the front, and slowly work out the alignment pipe-by-pipe. Doing it that way should result in a relatively quick and painless afternoon project. All-in-all, the sound and construction rate a solid four stars.

This is an AMAZING Exhaust with an AMAZING sound and PRICE!!!I Would recommend this to anyone..Also Great Company No problems what so ever and it came very fast.

The SLP PowerFlo exhaust is one of the best ones you can buy for the price. I love the sound on my 2002 Grand Prix GT. Although i would recommend swapping out the DP and the U-Bend with parts sold here on PFYC. Great system.
