Stainless Works Long Tube Headers feature 32" long, equal length, 1 3/4” primary tubes, CNC laser cut 3/8” flanges, 3” collectors and also includes 3” pipes or catalytic converters (choose your option below) to mate to the factory 2 bolt flanges.
The 1.75” diameter primary tubes are specifically designed to provide the best balance between low end torque and high end power; just the right size to allow for adequate exhaust-gas velocity at low rpm’s which helps scavenge the exhaust port efficiently while being large enough to move huge volumes of air at high rpm’s, providing serious horsepower improvements at the top end.
Premium ceramic coating is available but will delay your order by 2-3 weeks from the date you place the order.
Installation requires dropping the steering rack which simple to do. Once the rack is out of the way, installation is pretty painless.
Sold with either with or without Random Technology High Flow Catalytic Converters, either option is a bolt on solution requiring no welding at all. Both options bolt up to the factory two bolt flange so these headers will work with the stock exhaust or any of our aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems. Customers have reported up to a 40hp gain with these long tube headers over the stock exhaust manifolds. Includes 02 sensor extensions required for installation.
