If you like to swap your supercharger pulleys occasionally or often, we have the solution for you. Featuring the finest engineering, materials and workmanship available, the Qwikchange Pulley System allows the quick and easy swap of your supercharger pulley with a wide range of pulley sizes available.
There is not a better solution available. Featuring the lightest hub assembly available, the Qwikchange Pulley System hub weighs in at a slender 5.6 ounces! Made from 15-5 PH (15Cr-5Ni), a martensitic precipitation hardening chromium-nickel stainless steel offering high strength and hardness along with excellent corrosion resistance. 15-5 is used for applications requiring high transverse strength and toughness, such as valve parts, fittings, fasteners, shafts, gears, engine parts, aircraft and nuclear reactor components. The hub comes with 18-8 Stainless Steel screws and ball end hex wrench.
The 6061 T6 aluminum pulley is precision machined to ANSI/RMA dimensional specifications for the best belt grip. The pulleys feature countersunk screw holes for even lighter weight (a 3.4" pulley weighs in at 3.5 ounces). Having the screw holes countersunk also keeps the rotational mass of the screws inside the belt area for better balance. Finally the pulleys are clear anodized for protection and to keep them looking great.
You will need a proper puller tool to remove your current supercharger pulley and install the hub of the Qwikchange Pulley System. The Supercharger Pulley Removal/Installation Tool is available by clicking the Related Products link below.
Pulley sizes currently available are from 3.8" all the way down to 2.4". The hub is engineered to accommodate pulleys as small as 2.4". A selection of pulleys as small as 2.4" is available.
The Qwikchange Pulley System includes one hub with screws and hex wrench and one pulley of your choice. Additional pulleys are available as well. Make your selection below.
Also fits 2004+ Grand Prixs, 2004 Monte Carlo SS and 2004 Impala SS.
NOTE: If you purchase a 2.7" pulley or smaller, your
factory nose drive will require machining in order to allow for enough clearance
of the pulley.
