What is Stacking?

Stacking is the use of an inline programming device which remaps fuel curves and fuel pressure in diesel engines and a programmer which reprograms the PCM of the vehicle through the diagnostics port. The DiabloSport PowerPuck is an example of an inline device the DiabloSport Predator is an example of a programmer.

How does the Stack Work?

The Predator Puck installation takes about 25 minutes. Simply install the PowerPuck under the hood, connecting it to the fuel rail pressure sensor and the MAP sensor with its factory interlock connectors. Then run the toggle switch through the vehicles firewall which will allow you to change programming "on the fly" right from the cab. Finally, install the DiabloSport Predator's Puck-specific Tune and DRIVE!

• PowerPuck will not put additional strain on the Diesel injection pump. The rotary VP44 injection pump in the 24v Cummins has a preset electronic limit to the amount of fuel it will deliver. Since the PowerPuck is plugged in between the ECU and injection pump, the PowerPuck is programmed never to exceed that limit
• PowerPuck has a 3-position switch that allows changing between stock, 60HP, and 90HP settings on the fly
• Predator's Puck Tune allows for no-nonsense, no guess stacking
• Predator'ss Tunes will also allow for use of the tuner without the DiabloSport PowerPuck if you wish - this will give you 200 HP right out of the box without even installing the Puck!
• Predator allows for real time checking and clearing of diagnostic trouble codes (check engine or SES lights)
• Predator features online updates from DiabloSport using the optional interface cable
