Digital Horsepower Core Return Sheet

Please print out and fill in the entire form below and place the printed sheet, your PCM core, and a copy of your sales receipt from PFYC.com inside the return box.

NOTES:

• Your core PCM must be shipped via UPS or FedEx ONLY, and must have a "No Signature Required" release on it to avoid delays.
• Cores that are received in excessively dirty condition (i.e. oily, dirt covered, etc) will be charged a cleaning fee of $25.00. This amount will be subtracted from your qualifying core return fee.
• Your core PCM should be cleaned up and should be free of any dents or gouges to the casing and/or harness plugs.
• Your core PCM must be securely packaged and be in perfect, usable condition upon return.
• A refund check will be issued within a few weeks after receiving the core. (Credit card refund or store credit not offered for this item.)
