When I finally received the flame louvers one was in pretty bad shape meaning the tape on the back that is used to stick them on.Part of it that the red plastic protects was partially missing.So I put it on anyway even though it didn't stick as well as the other 3.Mostly because I didn't want to wait weeks for a replacement.One day it came off somewhere and you can't do much with 3 ,so I rate this product a 3 !!!
