When the front spoiler arrives, and before the driver leaves, inspect the box for freight damage and remove all the packing materials to inspect the "bare" front spoiler for freight damage. If there is any sign of freight damage, you must refuse the shipment and contact us immediately, so that we can send you another front spoiler at no cost. If you do not check the front spoiler at the time of delivery and later find freight damage, it is too late - we can not accept any claims for damages at that point.
The front spoiler must be dry fit on your car prior to any paint or body work to ensure that it does not have any manufacturing defects and fits the vehicle properly. Any front spoiler that has been painted or has any body work done to it can not be sent back. No exceptions.
All warranty claims for defective front spoilers (bad workmanship) are handled directly through the manufacturer in California, and digital photos are required prior to a warranty claim submission. Once reviewed, an RMA# will be sent. If the front spoiler is defective once inspected, a replacement will be sent out. If the front spoiler is not defective, you will be responsible for all freight charges including return shipping to you if you want it sent back.
Front spoilers are not returnable.
The manufacturer's warranty is for 90 days and covers only defects in the workmanship and materials of the front spoiler itself. It does not cover paint, installation error, road debris, damage, etc.
All front spoilers are test fit to work with factory air intakes and accessories. We can not guarantee fitment with aftermarket parts installed.
All fiberglass front spoilers will require some surface preparation prior to painting. This may include filling pin holes, block sanding, and primer surfacing to ensure the front spoiler looks as good as possible. No aftermarket fiberglass front spoiler will ever be as perfect as an OEM front spoiler, so there will always be minor flaws. Please allow for this when estimating costs with your body shop to install and paint your front spoiler.
In general, front spoilers are supplied with mesh grilles laid into the fiberglass over the air intake openings.
