Remote Controlled Hideaway License Plate Frame

The transport mechanism included with this kit uses a stainless steel torsion spring that keeps the mount in the stored position and also allows it to move into the displayed position. Q Does this reduce ground clearance?

A Yes, it will reduce ground clearance so you'll have to be careful.

Q Does it have to mount underneath the front of the car? My car is pretty low and its already tough getting into my driveway.

A While the installation instructions show it mounting underneath the front of the car, we've had customers do custom installations into the grille or front fascia of their car (an example is shown below). Your imagination is your only limitation.
