For whatever reason FedEx never delivered this item on my original order, since no signature was required. I contacted PFYC, and they promptly sent me a no hassle replacement that arrived in a few days. That's about the best customer service response I have ever experienced from any company. Knowing that I can order products from them risk-free and hassle-free has assured my customer loyalty.

So glad I purchased this item for storing my baby for the winter.
This has become a worry free situation regarding my battery. All I have to watch for on my Sky now is that there is power to it and keep checking the mouse traps. ;-)
