The Spiro-Wound conductor consists of a high conductivity resistor conductor spiral wound with stainless steel wire and covered with a conductive fluorocarbon material. Spiro-Pro wires provide more fire power to the spark plugs than OEM resistor core wires and still eliminate radio frequency interference (RFI) which can interfere with electronic ignitions, computer electronics, cellular telephones and stereo systems. This wire is a must if you are using a multiple spark discharge ignition system. Two layers of 100% pure silicone make for the highest temperature rated wire on the market (600 degree F) without need for additional sleeving. THE RED TAYLOR WIRES LOOK GREAT. =THE BOOTS ARE THE SAME AS THE OEM AND THE METAL SHIELDS FIT OVER THEM JUST FINE.
=THE WIRES ARE CUT SLIGHTLY LONGER THAN THE ORIGINALS AND THAT IS GOOD ! A LITTLE BETTER DISTANCE FROM MANIFOLDS AND HOT METAL.
= I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE WIRES TO ANYONE CHANGING OLD WIRES OUT.
=I DID NOT NOTICE ANY IMPROVEMENT IN PERFORMANCE WITH THESE WIRES. WHICH IS INTERESTING IN THAT I CHANGED THE PLUGS, ALL OF WHICH WERE GAPPED 2X NORMAL AND TWO OF THE SIX PLUGS WERE MISSING THE CENTER ELECTRODE. NOT TO MENTION THE AIR FILTER COULD HAVE GROWN POTATOES, IT WAS SO DIRTY. THE OIL WAS LOW AND AND DIRTY. HAVING CORRECTED ALL THIS AND SHOT SOME CLEANER THROUGH THE INTAKE AS WELL AS ADDED CLEANER TO THE TANK.
=HOWEVER THE GAS MILEAGE DID SEEM TO IMPROVE. THE OLD AVERAGE WAS 22MPH AND WITH A SHORT RUN IT WAS 28MPH. NOW THIS COULD BE MISLEADING, AS IT WAS ONLY A LITTLE DRIVING. BUT I KNOW THE CAR DID GET 28.5MPH AROUND TOWN.

It didn't take long to install and you can tell the wires are quality. They look great under the hood too! I got the red color.

My friend told me to get these wire and they really helped. I bought the NGK iradium plugs at the same time and really noticed a little more scream out of my car. A good suggestion if u want a little more spark.
