Relay Module Kit
Contains everything you need to control a 12v 40A relay (included) via the annunciator function of the gauge. Kit includes necessary wiring, control module, and relay. Possible applications are controlling an electric cooling fan, turning on/off a water/alcohol injection kit, turning on/off a nitrous kit, etc. For example, one of our customers monitors knock retard and when an unsafe level is seen the gauge turns off his nitrous system. OBD2 parameters as well as analog inputs can be used to trigger the output. Firmware versions 2.6 (non CAN) and 3.4 (CAN) have the necessary code to use this module. The version number can be found on the back of each gauge. Prior versions will need to be reflashed. Contact service@aeroforcetech.com for details if you have an older version.
NOTE: The speed and accuracy at which the relay activates is based on the vehicle's OBD2 bus. CAN bus vehicles will have the fastest response rates due to the increased speed of these communication systems. Our PT, FD, and SR series gauges use a slightly slower protocol but are still relatively fast (about 10x second), the ISO series may not be suitable for applications that require very fast response times due the slower nature of these buses. The user can determine if the response will be fast enough by watching the update rate of the parameters being displayed. The output/annunciator will respond at the same rate as the data shown on the display. Keep in mind that a data rate of "1" is the fastest. Refer to the user manual for the procedure of setting the data rate.
5v Regulated Power Supply
The kit has 0-5v outputs which are compatible with our gauges. For those who already have an Aeroforce gauge these provide an inexepensive and easier alternative to buying and installing separate gauges for these functions. Simply connects to switched 12v and ground to supply 5v to our sensor kits. Eliminates the need to tap into other sensor wires or the PCM.

Now you can easily monitor and log air/fuel ratio on your Aeroforce gauge or other data logging device with our affordable wideband air/fuel kit. Accurate to 0.1 A/F point allowing you to accurately monitor your engine tune or PCM calibration. According to Bosch, due to the improved sensing element design the LSU4.9 shows higher lifetime robustness over the LSU4.2 This means it generally will have a longer life span and deliver more accurate readings. This sensor draws less power and has some advantages in high flow situations. It can be used in diesel applications as well, the 4.2 is not designed for this.
150 PSI Fuel/Oil Pressure Kit
The sensor kits listed below have 0-5v outputs which are compatible with our gauges. For those who already have an Aeroforce gauge these provide an inexepensive and easier alternative to buying and installing separate gauges for these functions.
Both sensors have a range of 150 psi and come with the proper mating connector and 5' pigtail. They have a 1/8" male NPT fitting.
2 and 3.5 Bar Map Sensor
The sensor kits listed below are OEM quality units with 0-5v outputs which are compatible with our gauges. For those who already have an Aeroforce gauge these provide an inexepensive and easier alternative to buying and installing separate gauges for these functions.
These sensor kits contain an OEM sensor with 0-5v output and correct weathertight connector and pigtail. 3.5 Bar Sensor uses 12v power for easy installation and reads vacuum to 35 psig. 2 Bar Map Sensor reads up to 15 psi. These sensors can be used on an any vehicle.
Air and Fluid Temperature Sensor
The sensor kits listed below are OEM quality units that come with a 5v regulator/signal conditioner to allow them to be connected and read on our gauges. These can be used to read air, oil, and coolant temperatures. They are calibrated from -40 deg. F to 275 deg. F. For those that have an Aeroforce gauge these provide an inexepensive and easier alternative to buying and installing separate gauges for these functions.
Fluid Temperature Sensor includes sensor and 5v regulator/signal conditioner. Fitting is 1/8" NPT. 3/8" standard OEM also available upon request. Can be used to read engine oil temp, engine or liquid intercooler temperature, rear differential temperature, etc
EGT Amplifier
Aeroforce Technology has designed a thermocouple amplifier/linearizer that converts the very low and non-linear output of a type K thermocouple (EGT pyrometer) to a linear 0-5v signal. This allows our gauges as well as other data loggers to read EGT temperatures. An EGT sensor with an ungrounded tip is necessary to work properly with this unit. We sell these type of EGT sensors as well. For those who already have an Aeroforce gauge these provide an inexepensive and easier alternative to buying and installing separate gauges for these functions.
These units have conversion accuracy of +/- 4 deg F between 400 and 1600 deg. F. Click here to see the accuracy specifications. Unit easily connects to the Interceptor scan gauge or other data logging device and includes instructions with linear conversion values.
Shipping
We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of PFYC. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement. Racemesh products take 4 weeks to ship as they are made to order.

Sometimes a product needs to be returned. Our goal is to make this process as painless as possible. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged or inferior, please contact us immediately so we can begin the returns process and make sure you receive what you ordered quickly. For all returns, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
When you send back an item you no longer want, you have two choices for getting credit, assuming you properly followed all guidelines for returns:
You've Changed Your Mind
If you have ordered and received an item from PFYC.com that you no longer want, please follow the directions in the Returning Items section below. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping, and we will not reimburse you for the original shipping cost.
Incorrect or Damaged Product
If you have received damaged merchandise or have received items that you did not order, please contact us by replying to your e-mail receipt, making sure to copy the contents of the receipt in your e-mail. Simply let us know the error or that the product was damaged, and we'll take care of it at no cost to you, including all shipping charges (up to the original amount you paid for shipping). We will wait to receive and inspect the originally-shipped product prior to shipping a replacement. If a product was damaged during shipping, you must retain all materials until the shipper (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) has had a chance to inspect the package, if they choose. Our policy is to replace damaged or incorrect products. If you choose not to accept a replacement, it is considered a regular return and subject to our return policy guidelines listed above.
Replacement Product
If we sent you something in error, and we send the correct item out but do not get the wrong one back within 10 business days, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the replacement item or the incorrect item plus shipping, whichever is greater.
Warranty Replacement
If you feel a product you have purchased is defective or has failed under warranty, contact us. We will help determine the likelihood it is defective prior to your returning the product for inspection. This will save you time and money if there happens to be another reason for the problem you are having with the product. Once a product has been determined it may be defective and requires further inspection, we will instruct you as to your next course of action. This next step may vary depending on the guidelines set forth by the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returning parts for inspection and returning the part to you are usually your responsibility depending on the manufacturer and what their warranty policy is.
