        Looking to spice up the looks of your Mustang and also shave some performance robbing weight from the front end? Trufiber has the hood for you. This Mustang GTS style ram air hood is easy to bolt on and reuses the factory hood mounting hardware. Compared to the GTS-3 Hood, the GT-S hood has a much sharper and more pronounced transition from the raised middle portion of the hood to the flatter edges near the fenders. This emphasizes the raised scoop and really makes it stand out and get noticed! Trufiber hoods come in a beautiful shiny gel coat finish and have a fully finished bottom side. Heat extractors to keep the engine bay cool Additional terms of sale for this product When the hood arrives, and before the driver leaves , inspect the box for freight damage and remove all the packing materials to inspect the "bare" hood for freight damage. If there is any sign of freight damage, you must REFUSE the shipment and mark the waybill as "DAMAGED" . Make sure you re-package the hood in the box with all the original packing materials and contact us immediately, so that we can send you another hood at no cost once the freight insurance claim is processed. If you or whoever is receiving the hood do not check the hood at the time of delivery and later find freight damage, it is too late - we can not accept any claims for damages at that point - no exceptions. The hood must be dry fit on your car prior to any paint or body work to ensure that it does not have any manufacturing defects and fits the vehicle properly. Any hood that has been painted or has any body work done to it can not be sent back. No exceptions. All warranty claims for defective hoods (bad workmanship) are handled directly through the manufacturer in California, and digital photos are required prior to a warranty claim submission. Once reviewed, an RMA# will be sent. If the hood is defective once inspected, a replacement will be sent out. If the hood is not defective, you will be responsible for all freight charges including return shipping to you if you want it sent back. Some cars have been involved in accidents and fenders and/or bumpers may be out of alignment. This is your responsibility to repair properly and is not a valid reason for a hood return. Hoods are not returnable. Shipping is not refunded for any reason. The manufacturer's warranty is for 90 days and covers only defects in the workmanship and materials of the hood itself. It does not cover paint, installation error, road debris, damage, etc. All hoods are test fit to work with factory air intakes and accessories. We can not guarantee fitment with aftermarket parts installed. Hoods will require some surface preparation prior to painting. This may include heat curing the hood, filling pin holes and chips, block sanding, and primer surfacing to ensure the hood looks as good as possible. No aftermarket fiberglass hood will ever be as perfect as an OEM hood as they are hand laid. There will always be minor flaws. Ensure you allow for this when estimating costs with your body shop to install and paint your hood. Only use a body shop FAMILIAR with fiberglass products or you may end up paying excessive body shop charges and/or poor workmanship. Hoods are for off road use only and may not meet OEM safety requirements. Hood pins are not required for installation but are recommended for maximum safety. The buyer assumes all risk associated with the purchase and installation of this hood.         Shipping

        We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of PFYC. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement. Racemesh products take 4 weeks to ship as they are made to order.

        Sometimes a product needs to be returned. Our goal is to make this process as painless as possible. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged or inferior, please contact us immediately so we can begin the returns process and make sure you receive what you ordered quickly. For all returns, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

        Getting Credit for Returned Items

        When you send back an item you no longer want, you have two choices for getting credit, assuming you properly followed all guidelines for returns:

        1. Store credit in full for the product, not including shipping charges
        2. Refund to your credit card minus a 20% restocking fee and not including shipping charges

        PFYC's Return Policy

        • PFYC.com will not accept returns of electrical or electronic products - no exceptions.
        • Vinyl Stripe Kits - We do not accept returns on these. They are custom made to order. No refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.
        • Custom-made-to-order items are NOT returnable. This includes embroidered floor mats, interior embroidered items, and car covers.
        • Used items may not be returned under any circumstances.
        • We are not responsible for items damaged by improper use or installation.
        • All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or they may be refused.
        • The RMA numbers must appear on the shipping labels we provide. PLEASE DO NOT MARK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
        • All items must be returned with original packaging and materials and be in perfect, new condition.
        • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for insuring returns.
        • Products returned that were purchased during a Free Shipping promotion are subject to having regular shipping charges deducted from any refund.
        • Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay or refusal of your refund and an additional restocking fee of up to 30%.
        • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.
        • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

        Types of Returns

        You've Changed Your Mind

        If you have ordered and received an item from PFYC.com that you no longer want, please follow the directions in the Returning Items section below. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping, and we will not reimburse you for the original shipping cost.

        Incorrect or Damaged Product

        If you have received damaged merchandise or have received items that you did not order, please contact us by replying to your e-mail receipt, making sure to copy the contents of the receipt in your e-mail. Simply let us know the error or that the product was damaged, and we'll take care of it at no cost to you, including all shipping charges (up to the original amount you paid for shipping). We will wait to receive and inspect the originally-shipped product prior to shipping a replacement. If a product was damaged during shipping, you must retain all materials until the shipper (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) has had a chance to inspect the package, if they choose. Our policy is to replace damaged or incorrect products. If you choose not to accept a replacement, it is considered a regular return and subject to our return policy guidelines listed above.

        Replacement Product

        If we sent you something in error, and we send the correct item out but do not get the wrong one back within 10 business days, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the replacement item or the incorrect item plus shipping, whichever is greater.

        Warranty Replacement

        If you feel a product you have purchased is defective or has failed under warranty, contact us. We will help determine the likelihood it is defective prior to your returning the product for inspection. This will save you time and money if there happens to be another reason for the problem you are having with the product. Once a product has been determined it may be defective and requires further inspection, we will instruct you as to your next course of action. This next step may vary depending on the guidelines set forth by the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returning parts for inspection and returning the part to you are usually your responsibility depending on the manufacturer and what their warranty policy is.         Returning Items

        Follow the steps below to return items that you no longer want:

        1. Click here to fill out the RMA request form. Fill out one form per item you are returning.
        2. Wait for us to send you an RMA number and a return shipment address.
        3. Send the item to the designated address. Make sure to use the lowest cost method available and make sure the return package is traceable; we are not responsible if it gets lost in the mail on the way back to us. You are responsible for any additional insurance required to protect the value of the package.
