I ordered the floor mats and I didn't get what I paid for, I had mines personalized and they put the wrong name on it, I'm very mad, how can you put the wrong name on it, now they are saying they will not replace it until I cut the mats up and send them a picture. Why do I need to cut them up when you made the mistake.

I ordered the mats for my 2006 Pontiac G6 and was very very pleased with the mats. I now feel inclined to remove my shoes before getting into the car. They look GREAT!
