PaceSetter Headers for Grand Am and Alero

PaceSetter Performance headers are manufactured using mandrel-bent, mild steel tubing and surface-ground, thick steel flanges. PaceSetter Headers come with Armor*Coat, a polished, 2000 deg. F, metallic-ceramic coating.

Each header undergoes an extensive preparation phase followed by two applications of the coating and a high-temp curing process. The Armor*Coat finish will not discolor or dull like paint or chrome. Armor*Coat reduces under hood temperatures, resists rust and corrosion and is easy to keep clean.

These headers feature 1.5 inch primaries, a 2.5 inch collector, and a 2.25 inch intermediate pipe. Installation requires some cutting just in front of the factory catalytic converter for installation. PaceSetter Headers comes with hardware, gaskets and illustrated instructions. All headers are backed by a three-year warranty!
