Stainless Works Long Tube Exhaust Headers 2006-2013 C6 Corvette Z06

These long tube headers for your C6 Corvette Z06 come in two primary sizes and are offered with your choice of offroad or catted (with catalytic converters) connection pipes. The D-shaped flanges are matched to the LS7 engine's head. They also include a full 3 inch X-pipe and pipes to connect to your factory or aftermarket axle-back exhaust system. The installation kit includes all the pipes and hardware you will need such as O2 extensions, accuseal clamps, clamp/hanger assemblies, oil cooler lines, compression fittings, zip ties, etc. If you select the off road system you'll have to somehow disable the rear O2 sensors, which is against federal law.

Installation is easier if you drop the front cradle and re-route the oil cooler lines, but this is not required, just a suggestion. For cars with head work or cam swaps, low boost superchargers, or NOS, the 1 7/8" size will work great. If you have heavy work done, the 2" is probably a better choice. The 2" version were dyno tested on a bone stock 2006 Z06 and picked up 29 rear wheel HP and 41 lb-ft of torque without tuning. When used with a Stainless Works aftermarket 3" exhaust, there was also a 40 pound weight savings over stock parts.
