Not what I expected

I received the seat towels as advertised, shipping was excellent. However, upon installation, there are no side straps to keep the covers from sliding off the seat, getting in and out off the seat is a hassle to keep one hand on the cover and try to slide so as not to let them slide with you. Not what I expected, for sure. On principal, they do cover the seat, but with much hassle. I don't even use them daily anymore, only if needed. In search of actual car seat covers now. It was worth a shot, I suppose.
Needs some work

When it was first put on ,looked great. With the heat under the hood,I'm not sure who thought 3M tape was going to hold.Love the look and get compliments all the time, but keep having to fix the velcro and on the cover.
Great look, but questionable on fit.....

This if very difficult to write about, but I have already reported this to PFYC. I have a C7, positive side, the red is perfect shade for Torch Red, once installed they look fantastic, but it was not a snap on installation as it should be. First, received in great condition. Automatic has five caps, but why do you have a cap designated for the power steering reservoir when the steering is electric on the C7, you end up with an extra cap, unless I am missing something here. Direction for installation are very poor. My kit came with five caps, four of the caps are the exact same in proportions. The fifth cap is to fit over the existing oil cap. The ACS instructions state one cap is the thicker and offset (one side of the cap is narrower on the bottom then the other side) and has a Styrofoam center with a cutout in the center allowing the existing oil cap top to fit inside the CF cover cap. Mine had no Styrofoam, I had to make the center of the cap from the packing material the caps came in. Also the bottom of the cap was not narrower as described in the directions, but the same thickness. Putting the oil cap on was difficult fit, and I just do not like how it fits. The ACS also states the cap for the brake fluid reservoir is thinner that the other caps, NOT SO, all caps in my order less the oil cap, was the same thickness. As a result the Brake Fluid cap did not fit it was too deep. I had to tape it off to the measurement of the stock cap to top of tank, and remove the excessive depth of the CF cover cap using a grinder, file and sandpaper. Now it fits perfect. Finally, I followed the directions EXACLTY on installing the CF Cover to the Windshield Fluid Tube. I cut the stock cap tab as stated so the circumference of the cap fits the CF Cover, and detached (cut) the stock cap from the "tube leash". Once this was done, the fluid cap did not fit back on the tube securely, it was rather loose. So I wrapped tape around the tube to increase the circumference of the tub and the stock cap with the CF Cover did fit more securely, but I am concerned its not tight enough. This is a problem, which need to be addressed by ACS. Please note, the ACS directions provide NO DIAGRAM, the caps are not identified, and you are up to your own to figure out where the go..... Thus, I question why ACS gives you a fifth cap (I have automatic, Z-51) if there is not place to put the fifth cap????? What is the deal here. I have talked to PFYC in detail to report my experiences with all of this, asked for additional Velcro disks that hold the CF covers onto the stock caps. Once I finished the look was GREAT, and the color matched my painted engine covers perfectly. I love the design, love the look, but I am very concerned about did I received the correct covers for the C7, what will the longevity be, and how is PFYC going to work with me and the other C7 owners to resolve these issues. My main concern is, did I get the correct cover set for the C7? I have full faith in PFYC, as I have bought many products from them in the past with no problems at all. I have bought a lot of ACS products too, and always have notices their directions are not very specific nor clear, but have managed through them. This is different and very concerning. So today, day after I got them in mail I reported all of this to PFYC who is going back to ACS to get some answers for my, and hopefully we can resolve this. PFYC asked for some photos and I will do this. I just want to get a product that fits as they are very expensive. I will advise in future posting here and on the Corvette Forum on the results of my working with PFYC and ACS to resolve these issues.
Color Matched Frame is Plastic

I ordered the low profile mount with the color matched frame. The mount is metal and is sturdy .. so no complaints or surprises there. The frame though is over $80.00 and it is a thin flexible plastic. There is NO WAY it is worth that kind of money. I was expecting it to be something more sturdy that was painted to match the color of the car. This is an under $10 product at best. I feel like this plastic framing is going to cheapen the look of my beautiful vette. I guess I need to decide if I am going to return the frame and just go with the naked plate.
Thought it would be better !

My husband just put our wind restrictor on and I DON'T like it at all, it doesn't come up high enough in the back window when you have the top up you see this BIG line where you need to look in the rear view mirror and there are shadows that you see. I just think for what we paid for this that a lot more thought could have gone onto this " VERY DISSATISFIED" The Wife To The Man !
Quality and specs are questionable
