Kooks builds Mustang 5.0L long tube stainless steel headers. In you choice of either 1 ¾ inch or 1 7/8 inch primaries and 3-inch collectors. All of their headers feature 3/8 inch laser cut flanges for a leak free seal.
Kooks welds oxygen sensor bungs on the collectors for ease of use with factory connection with catalytic converters. Their 3″ collectors are made with scavenging spikes in the collectors and leak free OEM style Ball-and-socket connections.

Kooks’ 6th Generation Mustang headers will connect at the factory connection point with OEM-style connection pipes. You also have the choice of catalytic converters. If you are making big power with your Mustang and are looking for a full 3″ exhaust system Kooks has a COMP-specific 3-inch complete exhaust system, designed to fit the Coupe and Convertible. So once the Kooks long-tube headers are installed, a full 3-inch Race X-Pipe connect to the headers with a ball-and-socket style connection. Then the 3-inch mandrel-bent 304-grade stainless steel tubing carries the exhaust all the way to the rear end, where a pair of Kooks’ 3-inch oval race mufflers are hung complimented with a set of 4-inch double wall tips that are available in black or polished finishes.
