C7 Corvette Painted License Plate Frame

I like the product. What I don't like is the lack of communication. I tried calling several times and even left messages with ZERO response. It took 8 weeks to finally get the frame. And I also received someone elses frame as well. So I called RPI to tell them as that is is shown as the provider of the frames. Left two messages with them and no response. I understand that Covid-19 has impacted a lot of businesses, but it seems like there should be some response after leaving numerous message at both businesses. I will avoid doing business with PFYC in the future because of the poor customer service. I'm not the only one who has experienced this same lack of customer service. I know others who have experienced the same lack of service.
