I purchased these seat covers for my 98 Trans Am. The covers are well made but fit loosely and not as tight as expected based on other reviews. I am a bit disappointed since I paid extra to purchase the back seat covers. I should have purchased the Katzkin covers instead.

I ordered the bra and the mirror covers. The mirror covers were an extra charge of $48. I never received my mirror covers and was charged $48. I've called this company two times on both their lines and have had no response. I just got an email asking me about my experience and my order. And I was not happy I would like the product to be overnighted to me or if unavailable or not in stock which did not say to please refund my money. Thanks

Loved the outcome of the cover once I received it.
Disappointed in how long it took to receive it.. had to call them in the 7th week to see it I was still getting one. Took many calls to talk to someone. It did not come with any instructions on how to mount it so I looked it up online. I still plan on ordering from them later in hopes it was just forgetfulness on their part. We are human after all.

I like the product. What I don't like is the lack of communication. I tried calling several times and even left messages with ZERO response.
It took 8 weeks to finally get the frame.
And I also received someone elses frame as well.
So I called RPI to tell them as that is is shown as the provider of the frames. Left two messages with them and no response.
I understand that Covid-19 has impacted a lot of businesses, but it seems like there should be some response after leaving numerous message at both businesses.
I will avoid doing business with PFYC in the future because of the poor customer service.
I'm not the only one who has experienced this same lack of customer service. I know others who have experienced the same lack of service.
