Grand Prix Inferno Ram Air Hood Product Description.
As featured on the PFYC Grand Prix Inferno Show car that debuted at the 2003 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, we're proud to announce the availability of the Grand Prix Inferno Ram Air Hood. This all new design was engineered from the ground up especially for the 2004+ Grand Prix. Featuring twin, low profile ram air inlets, the Grand Prix Inferno Ram Air Hood is not only attractive but functional. The ram air inlets duct air over to the airbox. Install a K&N Intake kit (found in the Under the Hood section) to make the inlets functional. The louvered heat extractors allow underhood heat to escape, helping to keep the engine bay cooler. With a finished underside, you'll be just as proud to show your car with the hood up as you will with it down. The Fiberglass version weighs almost 25% less than a stock steel hood, about 10 lbs less!

High pressure urethane allows the part to be constructed with superior strength with a wall thickness less than half that of low pressure urethane constructed parts and provides an OEM quality product. The Grand Prix Inferno Front Air Dam is proudly made in the USA. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none. Comes unpainted, ready to prep and paint.

I love the kit.. Makes my car look really good. Dramatic difference in appearance. Hood is fiberglass and does not line up right in the front but it does not look bad at all. Bottom AirDam looks great. Your Grand Prix will stand out from the rest on the street.

This is really a nice package! Befitting of the supercharged GTP model. It'll cost you around $2,000.00 in total to get it completed w/body shop costs. I have the 04 GTP.
The only two issues I've had are with the hood lining up like the stock hood and the rear spoiler bolts. I have the hood latch lowered to the max, but the hood sticks up a little bit on the sides. It would be nice if they could mold the hood so that it's about 1/4 to half an inch lower over the front head lights.
Second, but trivial is the rear spoiler bolts. When your done bolting it on, two of the original screws won't attach because the spoiler has studs that bolt from the inside.
Lastly, I didn't bother with the front lower front air-dam as it required to much work to install it and lowered the ground clearance. The normal front end with the new hood is nice:) along with the rear spoiler. I really do like it.

Shipping is by freight company. Canadian customers are still responsible for taxes, duties and brokerage fees upon delivery. If you live more than 20 miles outside of a major metropolitan area, shipping charges may be more. If they are more than what you paid during checkout, we will notify you before shipment with the option to pay the additional charge or cancel the order for a full refund. Please check the product for damage carefully prior to accepting the package from the delivery service. If anything is damaged, document the damage, take photos and REFUSE delivery. Alert us immediately with details of the damage and photos. IF THE PACKAGE IS SIGNED FOR AND DAMAGED IS FOUND AFTER IT HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR, YOU HAVE WAIVED ALL RIGHTS TO DAMAGE CLAIMS.
Test fit parts immediately. All parts have been inspected and test fit prior to shipment. If your body shop can not get the part to fit correctly, contact us immediately. Photos of any fit problems must be emailed to us for evaluation. Include the body shop's phone number so we may offer technical support to the body shop if necessary. We may require you to have a different body shop install the parts at our discretion if we feel a second opinion is needed. Any claims for fit problems must be brought to our attention within 3 business days of receiving the part.
Any claims for defects in fit or finish made after prep work has started on the part will not be honored. This means if your shop takes it upon themselves to fix any issues without prior approval, we will not reimburse for any related expenses nor will the manufacturer honor any defect or fitment claims so make sure test fitting is done prior to any work being started.
Part warranty is 1 year from date of purchase against manufacturer's defects or workmanship. Warranty is for part replacement only.
